Hello again, I know, I know, I really need to visit you more often. I will work on that in the upcoming weeks. I hope you're well, Lacy and I are hanging in there just fine.
We recently bought a new car and Lacy says that we need to break it in so we can use it for travel found us a place to stay in Helen, Georgia. Never been there you say? You need to go, but probably in the spring or late fall as it was HHHHHOOOOOOTTTTT when we went in August! The town is adorable and was created as a reminder of the alpine towns in lower Bavaria, Germany and it certainly comes across that way. There are bird houses all over town and charm fills each of the streets. Flowers are EVERYWHERE and the folks that assisted us were really nice. I'm enclosing some pics of the mini golf that we played as well as some of the buildings. There's river tubing, shops galore with beautiful items and more. There are many places to eat so look around and take your pick of your favorite spots, there's even authentic pretzels!
I hope you take the time to visit the area, it's well worth it!
